Delhi HC refuses to entertain second PIL to remove Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi CM

Delhi High Court declines second PIL seeking Kejriwal's removal post money laundering arrest. The Delhi HC said that this is Kejriwal's decision to hold the CM post or not. A divisional bench comprising of ACJ Manmohan and Justice Arora heard the case. The court also said that the LG upholds authority, and constitutional morality. The court allows the petitioner to withdraw the petition.
